Breathe In ~ Breathe Out

Image ~ Anselm Kiefer ~ 'Everyone Stands Under His Own Dome of Heaven'

Breathe In, Breathe Out

Inside my dome
alone with my thoughts
the beating of my heart

I feel calm and tranquil
in perfect harmony
with my body

breathe in, breathe out
promise with each breath
embrace my virtues and flaws

there is much to be accomplished
as time slips away
inside my dome

  5. This is an exciting exercise. What you came to suggests to me you are in a very very good place, that you know how to reside inside of one moment.

  8. Came back to look at the picture again. I've never seen it before. Is it one you've seen somewhere? How did you come to know it?

  10. warriors are encapsulated in a bubble, one that protects...one whose environment gives the pulsating power for our existence. Your dome has indeed been formed by the hard fought battles of your life, dear Helen. pleased i am to read of your acceptance~your self embrace. Victory dwells within the dome :)

  12. "I know who I am." Isn't that a relief, finally? Very nice message, and I like the idea of the dome.

  13. Very nice! I reiterate what Karen has pulled from this: "I know who I am" leapt out for me.

It takes a while to get there, but once you do, it's great, isn't it?
