Curtis Wilson Cost ~ Midnight Snack, 1984

Safe House

my haven
a safe place
where I go
for solace and refuge
away from the woes
of the world
crippling debt
warming planet
feuding politicians
madness in the name
of religion
 a safe place
in the middle
of nowhere
just the way
I like it

  11. How nice to have one's own retreat, all to oneself. No worries, no bother all at one's own pace. Nicely Helen!
