Reflection

touch her face
her lips, her eyes, her hair

wipe away the reflection
her power

she was there
oh ~she was there

  2. Very very clever GIF. And, I hope it never is that a person can wipe away his/her existence so easily. Smiles! Nice to see you in PJ, Helen.

  4. I like the mystery in this--so many ways to interpret it. The poem itself feels so immediate it makes me feel I am there.

  8. I guess reflections is where we are not and yet we have to be there to be there for the reflection to exist. Great poetic use of the gif!

  14. Hi Helen,
I couldn't reach you by email, so I'm replying over here to your question about Jeanne d'Arc clothing line that I carry. I'll be most happy to ship to you. Just let me know what you'd like to order and your size. While I'm here I've become a new follower. Love your light hearted spirit and your poetry.
    hugs
    Sissie

  15. Hi Helen ~~ Very playful, little girl like thinking. The clever video (gif) adds to the 'now you see me and now you see me not' effect. I love it!!
