A Burmese poetry form ~ Than-bauk
Three lines, four syllables each, 
R represents the ryhming word
x x x R
   x x R x
x R x x





the need to roam
far from home a
syndrome complex


feet on firm ground 
homeward bound and 
I've found my peace


much to be said
for soft bed and 
well fed stomach

  3. Really nice trio, Helen. I know that you have the travel lust and for sure do not have the "stay at home, in my own bed" syndrome. Been missing you lately with the Toads.
    BTW, in October & November we did a 22 day cruise up and down the east coast, NYC to Halifax to both the Eastern Caribbean and Western Caribbean. Certainly this did not compare to our LA to Cape Horn and up to Rio cruise, 31 days then. I.e. in too many words, we also wander.
