  8. We had so much fun learnig about Haiku in Poetry class in high school. I loved playing with those few words (and I am not a person of few words!!) to say something eloquently.

I can relate to your Haiku very much so. Thank you Helen!

  11. Hi Helen~ Thank you for the kind comment on my blog. I am down to 3 days a week at my job and only work 5 hrs. per day. Thank goodness it hasn't affected my crafting ability or I'd probably lose my mind:) I've never heard of haiku, sounds interesting! Hope you have a lovely day:)

  28. I'm dreaming of my life between the ages of 20 and 23. I repeated the dream at ages 36 and 39. 36 was a little tough because I was financially restrained. First year at 36 my '62 VW even stranded me in Wharton, Texas. Very humiliating getting it towed back home where I could fix it (the engine sucked up a valve which ruined a piston. I replaced them myself.). I soon replaced the VW with a TBird and a medium sized Honda road bike. I had longer hair but a good job at NASA. Both times I was harassed some by the police. Remember that 'young lives' matter also, they still lead a hard life, ask my daughter when she was single.
