"My fickle friend...the summer rain" ;-)
Yes, just "you and me!" Your have set the stage with your characters.
Steamy rain!
A nice take on the prompt.
Wow. Not and steamy just like summer rain!
Yes. I love this. I seem to only have memories of passion. You make it seem like yesterday.Love your new header. You are a beauty and I love your mischievous smile!Jane
I'm thinking a willow tree :)
Sounds good to me!
Love a rain like this... so rare so fine
Love this, Helen!
Slow soft summer rain makes for a quiet backdrop for an intimate summer repose. Makes me wish I was one of your characters. ..
Make me wonder why, in England, rain is only rain?! Do we lack a poetic way of looking at life, I wonder?
Is this autobiographical?! I had to take a cold shower after I read it! It vividly recalled to me why I love a summer rain!

A summer rain would be the best rain here. Refreshing rain in the heat. Uh, heat in more ways than one I guess!
I love the "you, me" on repeat. This is especially appealing to me as I'm a pluviophile. And thanks for ryokuu, new addition to my Japanese vocabulary.
What better than to be happy with 'you and me' together!
A lovely intimate experience under a tree....coconut palm not recommended for obvious reasons:)
Mmmmm, how tempting! (Your summer rains must be very gentle.)
I enjoy the summer rain and time underneath the trees. I'm sharing this along the path but alas, it will be nine months from here.
More wet than hot. Some kind of romance.
that's one way of waiting out the rain. loved the poem!
Rain that sizzles! Love the sensuality and romance of the imagery and tone. I hope the subject says yes.
Sigh... romance and rain... What a duo!
Muffled moans? What fun is that? :)
I appreciate each of you and the comments you leave ~~ thanks so much.
