Time for a Limerick!

Rosemary encouraged poets to write Limericks  ~~ and  I obliged.

*Woonie is my Grandmother name

there once lived a lady named woonie

whose friends thought her truly quite looney

she labored each day

in her woonie-like way

results never much more than puny

  1. there once was a poet named woonie
who was very popular with the loonies
    she wrote all day long
    singing elizabethan songs
    but her lute playing was
    way out of toonie

  3. Very good, both of the limericks. Maybe we should organise a duelling limerick week :-)
